Very nice coin, I see only a slight be of wear on the WE in the motto. I'm going to say AU-55.

Opinion Fancy Five Cleaned in the past. VF-30 Denticles show this was not really a weak strike Center leaves only partial veins Lower leaves have incomplete veins Complete veins needed for EF40 Horizontal lines on shield worn Arrow heads flat
Center ribbon worn Wheat ears not as sharp as they should be Details worn from the wheat stems on the bottom Small scratch by the S in states.
Very nice coin and hard to find in this grade. If it ever needs a new home let me know..

Thanks evryone for the opinions , my own opinion had the coin in hand between EF-40 /45 ,But I may have learned a little something today on the technical grading of these coins and I always appreciate it when I learn something .

Richard is the EAC of Two Cent grading. Merciless. But probably right, and if the size of your collection influences the size of your vote he's probably the guy who gets to decide how they're graded, anyways.
