Picked up this raw Seated dollar on Day 1 of our show in Fresno, CA. Weight is 26.62 grams and everything looks legit for this example. What are your thoughts on grade and quality?

AU53. Superb strike. I agree that an old dip stripped the luster from this coin. However it has AU level of wear imho. Likely to go into a straight holder but always a gamble. Surfaces not really original.

Very little wear, AU-50 with average eye appeal. With all the grime in the protected areas, I'd say straight grade.

AU50. the tough call would be how a TPG would assess the cleaning.

EF 40, market acceptable cleaning, probable straight grade from a TPG.

Has had a light clean, long since evenly patinated over.
Nice coin anyway, I would buy it, despite the clean.
I agree, may possibly straight grade at
AU-50.
