I was rummaging through my hoard of stuff accumulated through circulation and found numerous blank planchets (8 copper & 31 zinc cents, 2 nickels, 7 dimes and 6 quarters) and this one. Would this be considered offcenter or ?

It appears to be that. A very high per cent off center. Does the reverse also look like that?

Just speculation, but it may have been out of collar and the die touched it and it tiddlie winked it way loose. The mark on the reverse looks bent from movement?

WOW! That coin is struck at least 97% off center.

Now THAT'S a conversation starter.
