Does this look like PMD or a lamination error? The copper appears to fold in which leads me to believe it's lamination, but what do you guys think?

I'm thinking that it's a Lamination issue.

Yup...delamination. Fun find.

Yeah, I know...people say "lamination," but even error-ref.com makes the distinction that since it is a layer coming apart, it is a delamination.
