I found this in a roll of Indian Head cents. It looks to me to have 2 die clips and the reverse was never stamped. Thoughts?

Hard to say. The only way I know of for a coin's face to be blank during the minting process is if 2 planchets would get stuck together. The back doesn't have the proto rim from the upset mill so it either got flattened during the strike if indeed 2 planchets got stuck together or the reverse was simply sanded off for dome some reason. So if the reverse was sanded I imagine the "clip" was intentional damage also.

What is the weight?
I swing a metal detector and have a knack for finding dirty old coins.

It does appear to be thinner and it weights 2.6 grams. Interesting that it seems perfectly flat on the reverse, so if somebody ground or sanded the back down they did it perfectly flat.

Thinner = Damage (sanded) And the weight will obviously be lower because of that "So called" clip which is also probably PMD.
