CMQ is the stickering service rolled out by StacksBowers and David Hall in 2023. As CAC recedes from stickering toward its grading service, CMQ wants to fill that void. Hall has been a long time proponent of buying the best coin you can find, so it seems natural that he wants to facilitate that for a fee.
"A CMQ sticker means your coin has unanimously met or exceeded David Hall and Greg Robert's strict quality standards for grade and eye appeal."

The seller fee is usually negotiable, and for an item like this, it's probably zero. Amazing coin and price!

Oops, my mistake. I think it sold for $4.5 million including a $750,000 auction fee. It is likely that part of the auction fee was rebated back to the seller as an incentive.
