Not going to call out the seller on CCF because I'm guessing they are probably on here. 8K sales 100% positive feedback. But I filed an INAD and already got refunded. Look at this garbage - shame on them for sending this out. Listing Image What I received

Good grief! What was the description, DOCC?

Ouch! Since a refund was given, did you also get an apology and/or explanation? Maybe a negative is not warranted if the seller gave an honest effort to make things right.

Hard to believe he thought he could get away with that. With that many sales, I suspect he had a bunch of them and was just not careful about inspecting what was being sent.

Unfortunate. I suspect a lapse in inspecting product thoroughly before shipping. Quick refund is nice.

Assuming a seller mistake is the high road. I have been growing cynical towards mid-sized (1000+) and large (10000+) sellers on ebay. In the past couple months, I have received multiple coins that were not the listed coin. Maybe I just had a run of bad luck, but I have wondered if sellers know that disputes might be analyzed by AI instead of a human.

Condition (in other words, this is what you are getting) Description Not a word, no contact. I think with INAD ebay must auto refund because it hit my balance in a minute.

Gotcha. It is up to you whether or not you contnue to reach out and give them a chance to come clean. I will not hold it against you either way.

Found the listing. There were multiple offered, listed only as "Used" condition with the note "Please review the pictures, determine the condition for yourself and ask me any questions" (which is kinda pointless for multiple/used, could be a real mixed bag as proven here). There's no more detail than that.
It is bad form to show only the best of the lot and sneak this one in, even calling it "Used". It's barely usable in this condition. Even if it was damaged in transit, the seller didn't pack it very well. Good you got the refund.

Alpha, packaging was excellent, shipping was super quick. Not damaged in transit. You should see the inserts - just utter garbage.
You hit the nail on the head, tried to sneak one in. I'd be embarrassed to ship something like this out.

That's why I don't buy anything from a stock picture with multiple items available, you just can't trust people you don't know anymore.
