1963 Penny Possible DDO

I have attached a few pictures here. I am going to add more after I post these...
The Letters look Extra Chunky and doubled. Looked on Wexler's And Found There are quite a few for this date. DDO-2, 5, 11, or 14
But I am not sure. There are quite a few. L is Doubled or tripled on the rim.
963 of the date
LIBE
IN We trust
Look strongest to me if this is doubling....
The back looks to have some notching as well.
I need the experts to tell me if this is my first confirmed DDO. :)

Just seeing Die Deterioration Doubling and lighting issues. Not a DDO.

No true die doubling.

Notice how the doubling is running towards the rim, that
is caused by Die Deterioration.
In the future, please include a photo of the whole coin,
sometimes this can be important.

Agree with JimmyD. It's customary to post full, large and sharp photos of the obverse and reverse--this helps to establish the full context of the coin we're looking at. A few additional, closer-in pics of the feature(s) in question are certainly welcome.
