it has a diameter of 14-17 mm and a weight of 3.8 grams

This is #5 of 6 in a group of unidentified coins I got at a recent coin show. So far, all have been Indian, mostly princely states.

While the design is distinctive, there is nothing that resembles writing , and it may not even be a coin.

Parts of this piece reminds me of Morocco 1700's.
