2023 D Jefferson Nickel Eye Doubling

His left eye shows a little bit also but its way more minor over there. Coin does not show obvious signs of DDD or MD that I'm aware of. Report this Post to the Staff

snailking1 Pillar of the Community United States 1243 Posts	Posted 11/29/2025 11:22 am To me, Jefferson's eyes can be tricky! They will very often show Light Induced Doubling. I really have to be careful, and spin them around to look at them from different angles. So far, I have yet to find a doubled eye that I have been sure of. Report this Post to the Staff

Decaf94drew Valued Member United States 388 Posts	Posted 11/29/2025 12:44 pm Went thru and really rechecked the crap out of it and I'm going to change my opinion and say its MD no extra thickness. There is 100% something there its not light induced doubling or completely normal looking but instead its showing MD more likely to me upon deeper non sleep deprived inspection oh well time to keep looking thanks for the help!
