The fields look to be reflective from your pictures - and with reflective fields come the nicks and dings that show up - I'd say MS62PL.
EDIT: Forgot to mention the obverse finger print in the field above Liberty's cap. .

weak breast for the year. PL surfaces are difficult to assess via photos
not sure it shes MS63PL or 64 I'm more in the 63 box
