This one looks to be MS63 from the photos, but if the mark across the face is a scratch that will likely turn this into a details grade. Interesting clash marks - need to pair this one up on VamWorld if you see any letter transfer on obv/rev.

I'll be a contrarian here. I think this is MS-63+ at a minimum and has a decent shot at MS-64. The scratches are mostly light, except for the one west of the nose and lips. There is some frost on the devices, and the surfaces are original.
A lot of the marks are die gouges. I see the die chip just right of center in the inner tailfeathers, and I remember that as a die marker for one of the VAMs, but I can't remember which one. There are strong die clashes, and New Orleans worked this poor die over with the polishing. Check the reeding, because at least one of the VAMS has overlapping reeding.
Nice coin, especially at that price.

I think the scratch under the nose will hold it to MS-63.

I have it in the lower MS range. I cannot see past the obverse marks.
