Hello,

I'm just getting back into this hobby after a near 30 year hiatus and am cataloging some of the coins I have. I feel like there are good enough instructions online on grading IHC's but I'm not sure if the porosity in these examples would make it a "details" grade:

I think these are VF+ to EF ...

But would these be considered "details" / environmental damage?

This one has to be "details" based on the big hole in her head?

Thanks for the help!

Will likely details for ED. Looks like an improperly cleaned metal detecting find.
I swing a metal detector and have a knack for finding dirty old coins.

I'm thinking VF details, ED.

These I think are VF, not EF, and the mild porosity suggests a light acid rinse or cleaning that will be picked up by third party grading companies, leading to a "details" on the label. Probably not high enough grade/value to send in for grading.

Likely corroded and cleaned long ago, the patina has redeveloped. Looks to be VF details.
