1996 Cent With A Few Oddities, Need Help Identifying

I have this weird 1996 cent with a couple of odd things coming together and I was wondering if anyone could please help me figure out what is going on. The coin displays a slight misaligned die to the left and maybe up a little bit, only the top of the G and O look affected, but on the edge of the coin where the misaligned die is going towards, there is this odd lip on the edge that I haven't seen before. Also on the right side, there is this odd Cud looking thing, however, it doesn't actually fall onto any of the fields or the design, so I am not sure if it is a Cud or something else.
