I can't get the VAMWorld Forum site to load, so posting here as I've seen past threads from members on here that have had this coin.
This coin looks different than other 1921 Morgans so I started to research proof like, special strikes, etc. The Zerbe Special Strike references online got me looking further. I saw this old thread:
https://www.vamworld.com/forum/view...26837#p26837The poster mentioned he was able to match everything with the exception of the polish lines around the letters and stars and the other posters concluded it was VAM-1AG. This is where it gets fuzzy for me. My coin doesn't appear to have the polish lines around the stars and the scratch over U in UNUM is very faint, but the other makers seem to be there. Or, in the alternative, this is a different
VAM entirely. Pics below. Any help would be appreciated.
