1955 Lincoln Cent, Variety? Mint Error?

Something sure seems off with the L in LIBERTY and maybe even the last 5 in the date. Curious if anyone else thinks this is a variety or mint error or just a run of the mill 55 wheat. Thanks! I can see radial flow lines that are on the die indicating stress and that the die needed to get changed soon. Collecting since 1972. Learning from then on "Tell me and I forget.
