Your coin is a 1919-D. It has Obverse Design Variety 2 (1916-1919), with the enhanced lettering in LIBERTY and the original left ribbon design. Of the four possible dates, the only one with a triangular shaped lower opening is the nine in 1919. Definitely don't use nic-a-date here.
