Got this Ottoman Akce and it looks kinda off to me...
Its got these "background" lines on reverse, edge looks too thick, and got a lump that could be from casting... yet it can be from clipping
Weight is 1.14g

Any casting lines along the edge? Also, at least from these pics, it looks severely debased. Can you perform a specific gravity test to see if this piece is mostly silver or copper?

Edge of the coin seems smooth mostly... apart from dents and crevices and that sticking "cast" point .. if thats what it is!
On the other hand since coin is missing most of the mass outside of inner circle it can be that its been clipped for silver or if its been deliberately filed by forgerer to hide casting lines... That would explain why the coin is on the spot (~1.1 grams) even tho lot of it is missing...
As for gravity test I dont have distilled water at the moment so I cant do it but I dont think composition is an issue here. I know silver when I see it and this is definitely silver, just is it modern cast silver or old struck silver ?

Based on the overall look, and your comment that according to your experience it looks and feels like silver, I think it's OK.
If you compare the coin to other examples (I used the term "akce 792" in acsearch) you can find all the features you mention on other examples (small marks in the fields, unusual bumps on an irregular edge, etc)

I can't imagine someone going through all of the trouble to fake an akce. It seems they would focus their efforts on something with a greater return.

To the contrary, contemporary counterfeits were made by the millions of small types (under 1 gram) like the Polish and Livonian solidus of the 17th century and Hungarian denar of the 16th. In the case of the Polish solidus, no precious metal was involved. In the other cases debasement was part of the business model.
But making a silver fake would indeed be harder to understand.
