Luster has been disturbed on the high points of the eagle's breast, indicating a very tiny amount of wear.
Will it still achieve some sort of MS grade despite this ?

Nice coin! Most of what I am seeing on the obverse is surface frost disruption, rather than deeper contact marks. There is one diagonal scratch on the chin, but the rest of the marks are smaller. I can't get a good feel for SPL/PL here. With the coin in hand, you will be able to assess PL status better than we can with photos. It's definitely a date known for beautiful PL coins.
This one looks at least MS-64, possibly PL, but not quite complete enough to be CAM. Again, nice coin.

Gorgeous specimen. I was at 63PL, but DMPL works too. The reverse is outstanding.

its practically impossible to call DMPL from photos without some type of depth perception so its hard to say if ICG is correct. this would something you need to do in hand using newsprint
