Recently I purchased 40 slabbed Morgan dollars (36 ANACS, 3 PCGS and 1 ICG) and will post one a day alongside one Peace dollar. I paid an average of $67 for the 40 coins. This time I will post the grade of the coin 2 days after and this time we can compare our grades with those of TPGs. Thoughts? Thanks! fortcollins Pillar of the Community United States 3635 Posts	Posted 01/21/2026 10:56 am There are a lot of small knocks on the obverse, but only one longer scratch on the cheek and a couple hidden in the hair. The reverse is rougher, with what looks like a heavy ding on the eagle's lower breast and three edge contacts, two under the eagle's left wing (our visual right) and a smaller one through the arrowheads. On a bourse floor, I think this passes as MS-63, but an MS-62 slab wouldn't surprise me. Overall, a nice coin for the grade, and having the obverse better than the reverse is a plus.
