Hi everyone. I'm hoping someone with a keener eye can take a look at the images of this 1974-S Lincoln Cent. It seems to be a possible RPM, but I'm not entirely certain. I would appreciate any assistance or information you can provide. Thank you!

I'm with E&V on this, plus you have picked another anomaly in the Coin World, different but similar to the messed up 60's dies. This particular mint mark punch was brought back from past times. It was used in the 40's and brought back to life in 74 for some reason. Much of what you will see on the mint mark is just a used up, damaged punch.

A little reading for you.

Even if it was an RPM, in my opinion it is too hard to tell so it would not command any premium.
