Found this CRH a couple weeks ago.
Hard to see the markers. The die scratches above IN are almost non-existent, but I think a couple faint ones can still be seen. Interestingly, however, the die gouge I marked between I and N can be seen in Wexler's, but it is not noted. The die gouge I marked on the reverse, above the F in the initials, is noted but no picture. The noted die gouges between the O and N can also not be seen conclusively, due to wear and PMD.
Other than that - - what do you think?

I don't know, the Wexler's example shows the MD and points to the doubled 2, so is what they are pointing at the master die doubling?

Dearborn;
Guess I got that confused, too.
Apparently, the doubling is actually above the bar of the 2.
But, there does seem to be some "anomaly" above the bar.
So...?

The OP's coin has coincidental MD in a similar location the blue arrow shows the doubled die, some of what I would actually call die poop, not a doubled die but I am not a professional and know no better. Regardless, the OP need to look more closely, it is not a match to the WDDO-013. snailking1, if you would like, I will do side by sides tomorrow to show you that what you are seeing is off. Just let me know. Here is a quick pic for Dearborn.

I agree with above. Not WDDO-013.

Thank You, -makecents-
Not necessary.
I (obviously) have a lot of trouble with pennies!!!
Hard to tell with some of the pics on the different sites!
Thing which confuses me, also, are the markers.
Will the markers be present on both the master doubled die AND the DDO?

Your markers are off too, I will show you tomorrow if you would like. One off the top of my head is the one you showed at the N, there is only one die scratch in the listing, not the two that you show.

Oh! Duh!!
Yes, the ONE shown would be harder to see, not have an added one!
Sometimes my CRH is like the song: One step forward, two steps back!
Thank You

When I have that "Hmm, maybe?, could be", feeling, I look at both Wexler's and Coppercoins pages and usually settle if it is or is not an error. It helps me.

Your name pretty much sums up my penny CRH!
When I get overly excited about a coin, it definitely means I need to slow down and look a little harder!
