Your ability to find nice coins hidden behind awful photos always amazes me.
On the obverse, I see scratches near the curl above the eye and an E-W edge ding on the cap below the ribbon. I also see two longer scratches, one from the bridge of the nose to the ear and another from the upper lip to the lower hair. on the reverse, there's something (die polishing lines? scratches?) below the eagle's lower right wing (our visual left). There are also two longer lines (die cracks? scratches?) between the middle of the eagle's left wing and the "E" of AMERICA and the eagle's lower left wing and the "I" of AMERICA.
I can't get a feel for surface originality here, but the coin seems rather reflective.
Just an early guess, but maybe at least MS-63-ish if it has original surfaces. This one could run better with your in-hand photos.

20% above melt makes it look pretty good to me.......

Some, or all of you may be less puzzled by why I bought this as there are decent photos of both sides. Part of the reason is that it is graded by PCI at this lofty grade. Looking forward to seeing what shows up at my doorstep. Seller is currently digging out of a recent snowstorm so no idea when it will get here.

The central devices are pretty nice, but there's a LOT of chatter in the fields. I don't know if the long scratch in front of the nose would detail it. Apart from that scratch, it looks like it could make MS-63, and maybe SPL but not PL.
I don't know what vineyard or vintage IPC was guzzling, but it must have been a very good year. Good grief.
