The dollar bargain bin is usually the home of VF to AU 1921 Morgan dollars plus 1922, 1923, and 1925 Peace dollars, with the occasional cull early Morgan thrown in. This coin seemed out of place so I rescued it at a cost of about $14.50. The speckled toning seems original and I don't see any defects. There is decent cartwheel luster remaining, especially on the reverse. What do our Forum members think?

It looks MS to me maybe MS-62. The speckled toning might be something else going on, I can't tell from the photo.
You got a great deal for $14.50!

Details look MS-63. From the pictures the surface looks ruff and pitted. Maybe that's why in went into the bargain bin. Still well worth the $14.50 you paid for it.

Great pickup Jaobler! Mottled toning with ample luster underneath. MS for sure. MS63 is my guess.
