Going through my pennies I found this 1983 penny with a big 3.
Or it looks like a bigger 3 than normal to me anyway. Also it looks like it may have had a mint mark at one time. May be some PMD here.

Looks pretty normal. Just circulation flattening and hits caused it to look bigger.

Agreed. A couple of hits stretched out the 3 a bit.

Appears to me to be a normal '83 3. Mint mark--beware Pareidolia...
