100% damage. There is no possible way for that to happen during the striking of the dime.

Thanks for replying! It weighs 1.9, I read that 1.9 is how much a partial missing clad layer should weigh.

Not struck thru- extremely damaged, probably sanded or as in a dryer. 100% PMD (damaged)
