What Is This Error On My 1969 Dime?

I recently found this dime and I'm new to coin collecting and I don't know what is going on with this dime. It appears that there is a double line going from about 2 o'clock to about 5 o'clock on the face of the dime. On the backside of the dime the double line is going from about 9 o'clock to about 3 o'clock. What is this?
