Looks like mint mark doubled, Liberty and in God we trust seems to have a few doubling spots, reverse E Pluribus seems to have doubling.

The mint mark can't be doubled as it was hand punched
and I don't see doubling anywhere else. Just a well corroded cent that has no extra value.

Why does E. Pluribus look so funky, the letters are misshapen, the P is too fa from the L, the U and R are abnormally spaced, then the rest of the word has good spacing

so I'm guessing that you don't want to provide a close up of the area you are questioning? Namely the Mint Mark, Liberty and other spots - .

Whoa - no screen shots (again). The EPU looks to be different because of Die Deterioration, corrosion, and possible circulation damage.
