MS, attractive overall, but lots of small nicks and scuffs. MS-62 likely.
Possibly P-L but you need to actually check reflectivity. It's officially proof-like if you can read standard newsprint in the reflected image on the coin surface, when the paper is held 2 to 4 inches away. Both sides must be reflective to qualify.

Thanks for tip on pl. obverse I could read 10 size font at 4+ inches away. Reverse was like 2 inches maybe 3.

Sounds like it should make P-L. Getting a P-L grade on a slab could add $100-$200 to the potential value in MS-62. Would be interesting to see how a TPG saw it. Your call of course as to whether it's worth paying the grading fee.

its very difficult to call PL without some type of depth of field verification. based on the photos I dont think it pulls the designation.

MS63 as the technical grade however, the scratch from the eye to the neck is recent enough and in the most prominent location of the coin. it looks like a staple scratch. it may be prominent enough that it would details (scratched)

there are a ton of VAM varieties for this coin that should be determined for value. I would figure this out prior to sending it in if you are going to as you may want to pay for adding the attribution as some of them can go well above $10k

if it comes back straight then its a win.

MS-62, possible semi-PL.

Agree with MS-62. Maybe a VAM-6?
