The coin is pretty well beat up. Are you talking about the mark inside the mint mark? If so, not the fading scratch under the mint mark. Looks like that was a die scratch that flowed from the center of the mint mark SE. In the field the scratch fades. Next to the devices the scratch remains. If that is not you are referring to then point it out to me?
