Looks like it but kind of odd, they look like they are running in different directions.

The first two photos look like a lamination issue but
the last photo appears to be damage.

Maybe put in a 2x2 and label lam? Or you could put it in a future pile for a junk silver sale, probably not worth much more than melt.

Actually it all looks like lamination problems. Is there any rule that laminations on coins all have to be facing/running in the same direction? .

Not that I'm aware of but just observation over time. I did find one on this site that goes against my thought process though.
