Doesn't look cleaned to me. For the grade, I'll say MS-65.

Pretty nice luster, not obviously cleaned. There are some light hairlines in the right reverse fields around the leaves that might be die polishing lines, but hard to tell from the pics. If they are not, there's a risk that PCGS might call them a wipe from a light cleaning. Always hard to know when PCGS will give a details grade.

By the way, the reverse die cracks are consistent with VAM-10.

Nice coin. Given the appearance of the reverse, my gut suggests that a reputable TPG might (might...) give this one a cleaned designation.

typical sharp bold strike for this year. some rub is noted on the eyebrow, in front of the ear and cheekbone with a few minor contact marks. there appears to be a vertical scratch in the obv right field as well as some light scratches in front of the nose bridge. several of these minor marks are not visible in obv photo 2.

on the reverse I see a die break from K4-5. I do have some concern with the K7-8 area as typically you do not see the removal of the original surfaces when a die is polished which is the case here. the bottom of the right wing also looks like it was affected by a pretty heavy wipe there are some die polish lines in other areas but I think K7-8 is probably post mint. there's a scuff at K7-8

i think the coin could have one of 2 grades

MS64
UNC details (scratched/cleaned)

I'm leaning to UNC details
