Would This Be Considered A 1955 Doubled Die Cent?

It's been a while since I didn't post around here I was organizing a bit my collection, and found this 1955 Lincoln Cent I notice the last difit has something that looks like a tiny double die, but I am not sure if would make it a 1955 doubled die cent per se Any opinions?
