I need some help identifying...whatever this is, I stumbled upon it at work and thought it was a coin at first but I'm not sure, it looks like it may be some type of club coin or something

"Silk Hat" on both sides and dated 1986

Interesting. The obverse is a portrait of the 1965-1985 portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, as she appeared on the coins of Britain, Australia, Canada and lots of other places. But, since there's no such country as "Silk Hat", this must be something else.

A "silk hat" is the stereotypical type of hat used by magicians, the kind portrayed on top of the heads of the eagle on this "coin". I suspect this is a coin sold with some kind of magic kit, used to practice magic tricks with.
