I think it's a porcelain token for LiXing company. Where did you find it? From the looks of it it's probably from 1950s Hong Kong.

No It feels like it is porcelain and it doesn't seem like a game piece.
It is about the size of a nickel. I found it at my work.

I looked it up and there is a good possibility of it being a gambling token.
The image on the reverse should be the value.

I dont know. Weird things like this come into work then they lie around because we dont know what they are.
