This coin is clearly better than EF. There is almost no wear visible in Liberty's hair and the eagle's breast feathers look pretty complete. The resolution of the images isn't really good enough for precise grading, but I think I can see slight wear on Liberty's cap. Luster is not evident but that could just be the photo/scan quality. I would certainly expect quite a bit of remaining luster given the lack of wear. The flecks of dirt remaining in some letters and the date suggest the coin has been cleaned, but apparently not harshly. There are a few small rim nicks and scattered contact marks but nothing too bad.

I'd call it AU-55, possibly cleaned, and a decent buy for $21.00.

I'm thinking AU55-ish. Although the obverse shows more "wear," there isn't a corresponding degree of wear on the reverse features one would first expect to show it - the peak of the breast, the neck/head and the tops of the wings. This leads me to think it's a more/less-worn die pair, not uncommon with Morgans.

Nice buy for $21.00. Even with the ding on the rim, cheek, and neck I would also grade it as AU-55.
