I'm not very familiar with the different types of mint errors, but here is an interesting one IMHO. Depending on the angle this 2003 S Proof cent is held at the 3 tends to disappear and reappear. Anyone seen an error like this? I'm guessing it's a variation on a filled die error. It's hard to capture in photos and the effect is much more dramatic with the coin in hand.

This error was very popular right after these sets came out. I believe it was caused by a filled die. You can still find them on ebay with sellers trying to get a high premium for them, but they don't sell for very much these days.

Weakly hubbed dies caused this slight anomaly. It's rather common and has lost most of its punch on the marketplace because they are excessively easy to find.
