There is no Reverse I would call this one very close to PO-01
Rest in Peace

Yeah it's a low FR-2 if it's better than PO, lol.

I'm surprised that the date is still clear enough to read FR-2.

The reverse is completely worn off however, it does have a full date! That's one of the reasons I bought it. Normal weight is 5.0 grams. This one weighs 4.47!
I also believe this is a FR2. I wonder what PCGS or NGC would call it. I'm figuring a FR2 only because it is identifiable and full date.

well in order for them to grade the coin it has to be identifiable by either date or other markers. if this one had no date they would not be able to grade it because they wouldn't know what year it was minted in. I have actually seen some PO-01's in PCGS slabs that had a little more detail in the date than this one and more detail on the Reverse also. No matter what it grades I like it because it looks like real honest wear and you don't see many of these things wore that much

Thanks Bryan. It has to be one of the lowest grade coins with a date I have ever seen and yes, it's just honest wear.

Well, if PCGS is calling this a FR02http://cgi.ebay.com/1885-LIBERTY-5c...GS_W0QQitemZ190255723365QQcmdZViewItemQQptZCoins_US_Individual?hash=item2c4c1ff365&_trksid=p3286.m20.l1116, I will wager this will get PO1 for sure.
