I think it would make EF-40 for detail, except for the flatness of the obverse ribbon. You should be able to see parts of some diamonds, at least, for EF. So, I'll say VF-35 detail. The greenish, glossy surfaces suggest cleaning and/or Photoshop "improvement". There is a significant dent in the oak leaf to the left of O in ONE.
Overall, a problem coin that I expect the buyer will eventually regret having purchased.
Does anyone have any opinions about Great Southern Coins as a dealer? I see their offerings on
ebay but the coins often have odd color or otherwise look unnatural. I've never purchased, so maybe my impression is unfair.
