That is how most them look. The marks you see above the lower serif is just part of a damaged punch. If you look at other denominations you see this as well as they used the same punch for them as well.

Coop I have 4 or 5 coins with this kind of mint mark. For a while I thought it was some kind of style. So what does it make these coins? Coin with punch errors or simply an ordinary coin? Thanks

They are just another face in the crowd. Most of them are that way if not all.

It is damage to the mintmark punch that occurred on some of the dies. Given that the same punch was used on dozens of dies, millions and millions of coins exhibit the same punch damage.
