Hello everyone,
I'm new here and I would just like to get an opinion on this 1940 wheatie. The 0 in the date has a slash across it..
what d'ya think? The reverse pic is not so great but I really don't see anything there, just included it.

Looks like part of the upper loop on the date moved from possibly a bag mark during shipment. A closer image would help. But that is what I can see from here.

Yep, from what I see with that picture, it looks like it was damaged post mint.
