All Machine Doubling. Here are a few examples of what to look for.
1972 very obvious.

And-Now,-1967-Obv--Date/-Liberty
1995 again very obvious

And-Now,-1967-Obv--Date/-Liberty
1995 doubling noticeable on bottoms of letters

And-Now,-1967-Obv--Date/-Liberty
2006 note the corners of top left lettering

The flattened mashed down look in your images tell it all.

Morgansrmine is showing some cases of actual hub doubling (doubled dies). Note that none of these look like mashed down lettering. All of them have 'character' and the doubling pops up in addition to the primary letters.
