huntsman53 Valued Member United States 224 Posts	Posted 08/04/2009 11:17 pm I would agree that the coin is at the least a solid MS-63! However, the coin has been dipped and there are hairlines around the Date and in front of Miss Liberty's neck which indicate that it has been at least wiped with a cloth. This lowers the value considerably but it is still a nice and very tough coin to obtain! Frank Report this Post to the Staff
