interesting, three S-VDB's, and a $250,000 meteorite!
and he has already sold #14 S-VDB's.

Kinda points out the "demand vs. supply" dynamic with S-VDB's - PCGS has graded nearly 1400 of these in MS64. I'm not surprised that someone would accumulate that many of them - they're not actually uncommon, yet they sell for a price which would buy an early silver Proof whose mintage didn't reach 1000.

That is the reason I will never own one unless I miraculously find it in a roll or something. Just too much other cool stuff I could get for that kind of $.

I wonder what the melt value of that meteorite is?

When paying that kind of money for a Lincoln, I would want to see it "in hand" to insure the strike quality and eye appeal are above average.
I'd hate to spend $3K on a coin and find out it's a weak strike!

this guy must have found an original roll of 1909S VDB, just fresh from the mint.

I wonder which mint that would be. I'm noticing that no one has said that the emperor isn't wearing clothes ... on this one. Can you tell from his pix that these coins and the slabs are genuine?

Interesting...in case somebody hasn't see this before, here are the 4 mintmark position for the 09-S VDB: Just for the sake of conversation, I enlarged that auction photo, with a grid over the date/mm area:
