That is a tougher date! It looks like F/VF details corroded.

F-15/VF-20. There is plenty of detail showing, so I'll go with VF-20. I got the roll for a bit over $17, so, if F-VF is $35 - $55 in the Red Book, I think I got a pretty good deal.

I can just barely make out the LI in LIBERTY, I'm going to say F-12 with some corrosion.

I say F-15 corroded; still some details on it but not enough to grade VF.

 F-15. I don't see enough LIBERTY either. It might present a bit better in hand. (Can we really call this a semi-key with 16,026,200 minted?)
