Sorry, I can't see anything going on with the two images provided. Try taking more images rotating the coin/light in a different direction. Maybe something will show if it is there.

On the '60 RPM, below and outside of the mint mark. On the '02 trails, on the bottom of "LIBERTY", it shows on the "IBERTY" I'm having a lot of issues trying to get a pix of "Trail Dies" that show the trails, I have found quite a few of them and I am still practicing with the scope I recently got, it's frustrating me.

Trail die images are tricky. Here is one I have taken from the first one I found.
1960-D-LMC-RPM-&-2002-LMC-Trails
Notice the direction of the light. Instead of hitting the coin at 12:00, I rotated it 90 degrees counter clock wise. That angle placed the light to fall over the direction trails. Thus making it appear to be like a dam and the light would flow over it. Also a use a ramp to reflect the light over the coin and into the lens of the microscope. By using the correct direction, I get a nice golden color off the coin. If I don't have it correct the image is dark and flat in color. So I rotate the coin on the ramp and not turn the rump keeping the right angle so the light flows into the bottom of the lens. So what is a ramp? Here is an image of one I use.
1960-D-LMC-RPM-&-2002-LMC-Trails
It is a 2X2 that is opened at the end with a piece of cardboard. Taped together and covered with a dark material. It is placed under the scope like this:
1960-D-LMC-RPM-&-2002-LMC-Trails
The light hits the coin at 12:00 and the open end of the ramp is at 6:00. I placed a half dollar square lid under the ramp to bring it closer to the lamp. I you need to turn the ramp, rotate the coin and keep the ramp in the 6:00 position facing you. If you are taking an image and the upper 1/2 is light and the lower 1/2 is dark, you can place a few coins under the edge facing you to get the light to illuminate evenly. But that is just used on full images of smaller coins under the scope.
Always rotate the image to the normal position with editing software. So on the first image of the trails I posted, The coin was rotated 90 clockwise and then after the shot I rotated the image to look in the normal position that we usually view the coin. See if this helps.
Rest in Peace
