what issues are you referring to? It has a small scuff on the cheek, but nothing that looks problematic. Probably AU-58 to MS-62.

The cheek scuff is the issue, but, it is nice. One of the nicest I have ever seen.
I find it interesting, that You can see the scuff in the pictures, but not if you are looking directly at it (in hand)
