You do not have 1960D-1DO-001 and there is nothing identical at all. That is a very distinctive major doubled die, a small date hubbed over a large date and that DDO also has an RPM with dramatic north offset.
BTW, the 1960D-1DO-001 designation was created by the first responder, coppercoins- he literally wrote the book on Lincoln die varieties.
Edit: now I see you called it a "1962-DDO-001" and I am just completely confused as to what you are trying to do
A particular doubled die is unique to one die from one mint from one year, you can only compare yours to another 1960D and nothing else. Your coin does have a minor RPM but 1960 was a prolific year for RPMs with in excess of 100 known, some major but most are minor.
