The dark scuffs in the fields plus the cheek mark and that toning spot by Star 12 are pretty noticeable and will limit the grade. It looks to me like MS-63 is correct for this example. Bryan1315 Bedrock of the Community United States 14454 Posts	Posted 08/30/2009 2:28 pm I agree also, its a good 63 but be a horrible 64. there are to many hits for a good 64 and the only way it would make that grade would be if the graders overgraded it.
