the cherrypickers has a 1863 DDR but I'm not sure if this is it
or a different one

909, don't know much about the Princess coins, but this appears to be flat, shelflike Machine Doubling to me.

Looking in Snow's attribution guide, the DDR listed for this year is displaced in a different direction.
There's also a bit of separation between the leaves, where this looks more like MD to me too.
You could always send it to Rick Snow. For a few bucks, he'll give his expert opinion.
